Assignments to include the completion of multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Monitor system capacity, resource utilization, and query execution, proactively identifying and resolving environment bottlenecks and error logs * Manage user security, role-based access controls, permissions, and single sign-on (SSO) authentication across BI tools * Execute server software upgrades, system patches, hotfixes, environment migrations, and disaster recovery planning * Partner with software engineers, data engineers, and analytics teams to optimize query performance, data architecture, and dashboard deployment workflows * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent automations to address complex BI platform challenges, with an emphasis on responsible AI use * Use enterprise-approved AI tools and scripting to streamline administrative workflows, automate system health checks, and drive continuous platform improvement * Evaluate emerging technology and AI trends to inform solution design, platform enhancements, and strategic technical innovation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
