## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience in P&C Insurance
 * In depth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems
 * Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar - optional)
 * Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
 * Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes
 * Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules
 * Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
 * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic)
 * Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
