## About the Role

 * CompTIA A+ Certification, The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in technical operations support and be proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows. They should be capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and a thorough background screening. An Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is necessary.
