* 2+ years of network infrastructure or IT/telecom support experience.
 * Hands-on experience with network hardware, cabling, and data center/site services.
 * Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP telephony.
 * Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and remote/onsite troubleshooting.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

## Description

* Install, rack, stack, cable, replace, and decommission network equipment.
 * Handle ServiceNow incident tickets, network patching, and power connectivity.
 * Troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, LAN, voice, and connectivity issues.
 * Perform IMAC activities and smart hands support for IT/telecom equipment.
 * Support fiber optic, copper cabling, wireless, RF, microwave, and cellular systems.
 * Identify network ports, perform ping tests and DNS lookups, and check hardware status.
 * Follow change management, safety, security, and incident reporting procedures.
 * Coordinate with network teams, service desks, vendors, and telecom providers.
