## Description

The Systems Administrator is responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/software and related infrastructure. The individual will ensure that systems hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our Salt Lake City office., * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, mobile devices, and network appliances like routers and switches

 * Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
 * Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows and Apple operating systems, application software, and system management tools
 * Proactively work to ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability
 * Strong work ethic with polished verbal and written communication skills, and solid interpersonal and professional demeanor is imperative
 * Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
 * Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
 * Provide Help Desk support in person, email, telephone, or remotely and escalate when necessary
 * Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
