## About the Role

RedMane Technology is seeking an Application Developer to help design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support business operations and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid programming foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

In this role, you will contribute to application enhancements, software integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements while following established development standards and quality practices., * Experience in application development, software engineering, or a related technical role.

 * Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
 * Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, APIs, and application integration.
 * Understanding of software development life cycles, testing, and debugging.
 * Experience with Git or another version control system.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or automated testing tools is an advantage.
 * Ability to manage priorities and contribute to projects with established deadlines.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain business applications and software components.
 * Translate functional requirements into practical technical solutions.
 * Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
 * Develop and maintain APIs, database connections, and application integrations.
 * Troubleshoot software defects and resolve application performance issues.
 * Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing.
 * Participate in code reviews and follow established software development standards.
 * Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver application features.
 * Maintain technical documentation and update application specifications.
 * Support application releases, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
 * Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, usability, and performance.
 * Follow appropriate security practices when developing and maintaining software.
