Vous maitrisez l'anglais professionnel (lu et écrit)

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et la gestion de projet

Doté d'un sens du service, vous savez communiquer efficacement et avec pédagogie.

## Description

Vous gérez les environnements informatiques des utilisateurs finaux en veillant à ce qu'ils soient sécurisés, performants et conformes aux besoins de l'entreprise (postes de travail, smartphones, tablettes, MTR, ...).

A ce titre, vous êtes amené à :

 - Faire évoluer les images Windows corporate (Windows 10 / 11 - Windows Server)
 - Industrialiser les installations d'applications
 - Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l'infrastructure SCCM/Intune et des clients.
 - Résoudre des incidents de niveau 3
 - Proposer les solutions techniques de votre domaine pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des métiers.
 - Fournir des rapports d'inventaires
 - Participer à la définition des standards applicatifs Groupe
 - Réaliser et maintenir les documents d'exploitation
 - Participer à des projets

La mission peut nécessiter des déplacements ponctuels en France sur d'autres sites du Groupe.
