## Description

Join an innovative team at the forefront of simulation technology as an Information Technology - Software Engineer (L4), enabling immersive, high-fidelity helicopter training for MH-60R/CG and CH-53K platforms. Work hands-on with real-time software and simulator hardware, directly impacting the next generation of rotary-wing pilot training. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts in a dynamic, growth-driven environment based in Orlando, FL., Design, develop, and optimize modern C++ software for real-time and distributed simulation components.

 - Integrate and test simulator hardware including cockpit I/O, displays, audio, control-loading, motion systems, instructor/operator stations, and avionics interfaces.
 - Execute and automate test procedures to ensure dependable, repeatable simulation performance.
 - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software and integration issues across simulation interfaces.
 - Lead regression testing, defect investigation, and verification data collection.
 - Collaborate with systems engineers, integration/test teams, and training-domain specialists to evaluate and validate simulation behavior.
 - Support simulator qualification activities, including objective testing, documentation, discrepancy management, and recurrent evaluation.
