## Description

The Role As an Electrical Engineering Lead, you will take ownership of the electrical design and delivery of large-scale data centre infrastructure projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring performance, reliability, efficiency, and compliance across complex power systems while leading multidisciplinary project teams.
What You'll Be Doing

 * Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for hyperscale data centres.
 * Deliver medium and low-voltage power distribution solutions.
 * Support backup power and emergency power system design.
 * Oversee electrical schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials.
 * Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and relevant industry standards.
 * Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to develop project specifications and budgets.
 * Analyse electrical systems for capacity planning, load balancing, and energy optimisation.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers within the team.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project delivery.
 * Contribute to the successful execution of large, complex engineering projects.
