## About the Role

6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
5+ years of manual testing experience, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
2+ years of experience maintaining and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with TFS/Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps Test Plans, Queries, and Work Items.
Foundational programming or scripting skills in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs using SoapUI, Postman, or similar tools.
Basic SQL skills for backend data validation and integrity testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience using AI tools to support testing activities.
Experience with workers' compensation applications.

## Description

Design and execute detailed manual test cases and suites covering functionality, usability, and end-to-end workflows.
Manage testing activities in TFS/Azure DevOps, including test plans, defect tracking, and traceability to user stories.
Maintain and execute automated regression scripts to support release cycles.
Document reproducible defects, collaborate with developers on troubleshooting, and verify fixes.
Perform API and backend testing to validate endpoint responses, data integrity, and system integrations.
