## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Software Application Administrator to support enterprise application management, endpoint configuration, software deployment, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Windows operating system administration., * Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms and software deployment processes.

 * Support Windows operating system upgrades, application installations, patching, and troubleshooting.
 * Develop and maintain deployment task sequences for operating systems and software applications.
 * Perform SCCM client installation, configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.
 * Use Microsoft Intune and PowerShell to automate endpoint management and administrative tasks.
 * Assist with vulnerability remediation, security updates, and endpoint compliance activities.
 * Coordinate with Microsoft support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
 * Support software lifecycle management, including upgrades and end-of-life transitions.
 * Monitor endpoint health, investigate deployment failures, and implement corrective actions.
 * Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT operational procedures.
