## About the Role

* MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
 * 5 years of related experience is preferred

Physical Requirements

 * Able to move light equipment and tooling (<25lbs) as needed when setting up test benches.

## Description

* Design and develop firmware under the guidance of senior engineering team members.
 * Develop and maintain embedded firmware for STMicroelectronics (ST) microcontrollers using C++.
 * Create graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and test tools using Python or other programming languages to support firmware validation and debugging.
 * Utilize laboratory equipment, including logic analyzers and oscilloscopes, to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and firmware issues.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support circuit design, integration, and system-level testing.
 * Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of firmware architecture, code development, test procedures, and validation results., Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
