## About the Role

Osprey Software is seeking a motivated Software Developer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions., * Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

 * Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
 * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
 * Knowledge of REST APIs, debugging techniques, and software testing.
 * Experience with Git or another version control system.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
 * Ability to organize development tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience developing or maintaining production software applications.
 * Familiarity with web development frameworks and modern development tools.
 * Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
 * Exposure to cloud platforms, automated testing, or CI/CD workflows.
 * Understanding of application security and software performance optimization.
