## About the Role

* Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or strongly related field.\n
 * 5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Applications Engineering.\n
 * 2+ years of experience in Project Engineering.\n, * Proven ability to lead and manage multiple parallel projects in rapidly changing environments.\n
 * High degree of autonomy, resilience, and analytical problem-solving.\n
 * Strong team spirit, responsiveness, and cultural sensitivity; comfortable working in multicultural/global environments.\n

 * Deep understanding of thermal power plants, turbomachinery, grid codes, and electrical network requirements.\n
