* Hands-on UKG Ready experience (required; UKG Pro experience does not meet this requirement due to major platform differences)
 * HRIS administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting

## Description

* Administer and configure the UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) platform
 * Build reporting, troubleshoot issues, and maintain HR data integrity
 * Manage timekeeping, accruals, and system processes
 * Support benefits administration, enrollment, and open enrollment
 * Identify and implement system and process improvements
