## About the Role

* Possess solid oral and written communication skills in English
 * Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively while working in a frequently fast paced and demanding environment
 * Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
 * Education and/or certification in IT/CIS required
 * IT familiarity required but prior job experience not required
 * Must be familiar enough to repair or build a computer
 * Valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation

Citizenship and Criminal background checks will be performed

This is an entry level position with solid opportunities for internal advancement, * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

* Provide Tier I level of support for users
 * Basic remote troubleshooting
 * Enter basic information into ticketing system and escalate to other departments as necessary
 * Must be willing to work with and play an active role in a team
 * Prioritize and schedule work as necessary to maintain service level agreements and maintain cases in a timely fashion
 * PC hardware and software inventory management
 * Update, upgrade, repair and test hardware on bench
 * Must be service oriented
