As a Private Placement Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in executing the end-to-end process of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, organization skills, and a deep understanding of the private debt asset class., * Proven success supporting institutional clients, funds, or investment portfolios

## Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Private Placement Operations Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in Whippany, NJ., * Coordinate and execute all aspects of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and end-to-end funding processes.

 * Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and issuers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the investment lifecycle with the goal of settling the Private debt transaction.
 * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
 * Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
 * Help lead projects to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements where applicable.
