## About the Role

* Strong backend development experience with Java (21+)
 * Expertise in Spring Boot (3.5 preferred)
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary cloud platform)
 * Experience designing cross-region failover & resilient systems
 * Exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus
 * Experience working with Oracle databases
 * Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks is a plus
 * Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP or similar)
 * Strong knowledge of Secure coding practices, Encryption (symmetric vs. asymmetric), System-level security design & trade-offs
 * Hands-on experience using AI tools in development workflows, including Prompt engineering for code generation, Automated test creation & validation and Debugging and reviewing AI-generated code, * 10+ years of software engineering experience
 * Strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot
 * Proven experience building scalable distributed systems
 * Deep understanding of cloud architecture (Azure preferred)
 * Experience with performance optimization & system reliability
