This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic security leadership. What You'll Be Doing * Assess and improve the organization's overall cybersecurity posture * Lead vulnerability management, remediation efforts, and security risk assessments * Design and implement enterprise security architectures and controls * Manage and optimize security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, IAM, and DLP * Drive incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring activities * Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance frameworks * Secure cloud, network, server, endpoint, and hybrid environments * Partner with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to embed security into projects * Conduct security reviews, penetration test coordination, and compliance assessments * Lead security modernization and remediation initiatives * Provide guidance to leadership on emerging threats and risk mitigation strategies * Mentor security engineers and serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert
