This role works closely with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions and drive ongoing enhancements., Required: * 5+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP platforms in a functional, technical, or business systems capacity. * Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, including hands-on experience with system configuration, enhancements, and business process improvements. * Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and design effective ERP workflows and solutions. * Experience participating in ERP implementations, system upgrades, migrations, or go-live activities. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently while partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred: * Experience with SAP ERP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, or SAP Finance/FICO modules. * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. * Experience supporting financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, or Expense Management. * Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS/R12). * Participation in one or more full ERP implementation lifecycles. * Familiarity with treasury operations, cash management, or banking-related processes. * Working knowledge of SQL, Concur, or similar enterprise applications. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. ## Description We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Business Systems Analyst for a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will play a key role in supporting existing financial systems while contributing to a multiyear global SAP S/4HANA implementation., * Analyze, configure, and enhance ERP applications to improve business operations and system functionality. * Partner with Finance and IT teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement process improvements. * Contribute to a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, including functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. * Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP system enhancements. * Act as a functional subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing support to internal users. * Support financial processes related to Accounts Payable, expense management, cash management, and other accounting operations. * Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure system improvements align with operational needs and business objectives. * Assist with ongoing system optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives following implementation., * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm CST with occasional flexibility for collaboration across global time zones. * Interview Process: Initial virtual interview followed by an in-person team interview. * Work Authorization: Position is not eligible for sponsorship.
