## About the Role

technology projects such as ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, or data integration systems.*Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.*Proven ability to lead and influence diverse cross-functional project teams without direct authority in a matrixed environment.*Strong experience owning project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across large-scale programs.*Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management for enterprise technology implementations, including business readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.*Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, with hands-on proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Jira.*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred
