## Description

* Provide help desk and technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Windows support issues.
 * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems; perform hardware support, hardware maintenance, and computer management.
 * Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions through Active Directory management; support system administration and Windows Server administration tasks.
 * Troubleshoot computer networking and LAN connectivity, VPN access, and firewall-related issues; escalate complex IT infrastructure concerns.
