## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked through multiple payroll cycles and complex business scenarios.

 * Deep understanding of payroll processing, payroll accounting, payroll reporting, and payroll operations.
\n

 * Experience serving as a techno-functional consultant, lead, architect, or senior Oracle HCM Payroll resource.
\n

 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical payroll issues.
\n

 * Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
\n

 * Experience supporting production environments and mission-critical payroll operations.
\n

 * Familiarity with year-end payroll activities, regulatory payroll requirements, and W-2 processing.
\n

 * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions by providing expert recommendations and guidance.
\n

 * Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
\n

 * Proven ability to operate independently, solve problems, and serve as a trusted advisor within an Oracle HCM Payroll environment.

## Description

* Serve as the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll subject matter expert for the Payroll Technology team.
\n

 * Provide both technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Payroll-related issues and enhancements.
\n

 * Troubleshoot payroll processing, payroll accounting, reporting, and system-related issues.
\n

 * Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations based on Oracle HCM Payroll best practices.
\n

 * Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to identify and implement effective payroll solutions.
\n

 * Advise leadership on Oracle HCM functionality, limitations, risks, and alternative approaches when necessary.
\n

 * Support payroll production operations and assist with issue resolution in a live production environment.
\n

 * Participate in knowledge transfer activities and learn existing support processes from a retiring team member.
\n

 * Contribute to year-end payroll activities, including payroll close processes, year-end processing, and W-2 support.
\n

 * Support production support rotations and help ensure system stability and operational continuity.
\n

 * Act as a senior-level resource capable of providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise across the Oracle HCM Payroll landscape.
