 * Bachelor's degree required

## Description

* Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management of low-voltage and telecommunications projects.
 * Conduct site walks and document existing conditions.
 * Coordinate with contractors to schedule cabling, fiber, AP, rack, and IT room work.
 * Review project scopes and confirm that contractor work matches the requested requirements.
 * Track open items, deficiencies, punch-list items, and project completion.
 * Coordinate with IT and other university departments when network connectivity or equipment is involved.
 * Review cable labeling, patching, pathways, rack installations, and other physical infrastructure.
 * Collect and organize fiber/copper test results and project documentation.
 * Assist with obtaining and comparing contractor quotes.
 * Track materials, equipment, deliveries, and project schedules.
 * Assist with reviewing invoices against completed work.
 * Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
 * Coordinate access to buildings, IT rooms, offices, and construction areas.
 * Ensure contractors provide required as-builts, test results, photographs, and closeout documentation.
 * Identify issues early and escalate them to the Project Manager before they affect the project schedule or budget. xrbllit
