## Description

We are seeking skilled Machine Learning Researchers to contribute to an AI training project focused on model development, training and inference systems, numerical computing, and performance optimization.
This is a highly coding-intensive role requiring strong Python skills and practical experience using coding agents.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and validate machine-learning models and training pipelines.

 * Implement model components, data pipelines, and evaluation systems.
 * Build reproducible workflows using Python and command-line tools.
 * Debug technical issues and optimize memory usage, throughput, and performance.
 * Review and validate implementations against defined requirements.
