## Description

* We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Dev & Deployment Tools Engineer to design, implement, and support development toolchains and deployment frameworks for IBM z/OS environments.
 * This role focuses on enabling DevOps practices, automating build and deployment pipelines, and ensuring smooth application promotion across development, test, and production environments., Development Toolchain & DevOps Enablement
Design and maintain mainframe development toolchains supporting:
COBOL, PL/I, JCL, and related technologies
Enable and support:
Source control integration
Versioning strategies
Artifact management
Promote adoption of DevOps practices for mainframe development
Build & Deployment Automation
Develop and maintain automated build and deployment processes
Implement tools and pipelines for:
Code compilation
Packaging
Promotion across environments
Automate release management processes to:
Reduce manual effort
Increase reliability and consistency
Deployment Frameworks & Tools Support
Administer and support enterprise deployment tools such as:
Endevor
ChangeMan
ISPW
Manage:
Package lifecycle (build, test, deploy, rollback)
Promotion paths across DEV QA UAT PROD
Environment Management
Manage and support:
Development, test, and production environments
Ensure consistency and integrity across environments
