## Description

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to build and improve reliable, scalable, and observable cloud-native data platforms supporting high-volume telemetry and connected systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role working across SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, CI/CD, observability, and AI-enabled operations.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and observable cloud infrastructure.
 * Lead production readiness, reliability, incident response, and post-incident improvements.
 * Design and optimize CI/CD, GitOps, progressive delivery, and rollback strategies.
 * Define SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and OpenTelemetry standards.
 * Automate incident triage, diagnostics, remediation, and operational workflows.
 * Develop and evaluate AI/LLM workflows, agentic solutions, and automation.
 * Mentor engineers and influence technical standards across multiple teams.
 * Participate in on-call rotations and lead critical production incidents.
