## About the Role

* 1+ year of software application or business systems support experience
 * 1+ year in application support, service desk, or customer support
 * Strong application issue analysis and troubleshooting
 * Ability to communicate technical/functional information clearly
 * Experience following support processes and escalating issues appropriately
 * Strong customer-service and problem-solving mindset
 * Basic knowledge of GAAP, bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements
 * Willingness to work 4 days onsite each week

Nice-to-Haves

 * Dealership operations or dealer-facing applications
 * ITIL / Lean Service Management (LSM)
 * Microsoft Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365
 * Identity management and MFA
 * Basic SQL for troubleshooting/data analysis
