## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
 * Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a product release environment
 * Intermediate level of design/development engineering experience in frames or chassis structural components
 * Self-starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem-solving ability
 * Knowledgeable in regard to high strength steels, weld parameters, and GD&T, * Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
 * Minimum of 3 years of frame or structural chassis component engineering
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience in UG NX and Teamcenter
 * DFSS Green or Black Belt
 * Strong written and oral communication skills
 * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work in a team environment
 * Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications)
