## About the Role

SpaceX is looking for a Systems Administrator with knowledge and broad experience across Microsoft-based technologies. This employee will be a member of the Information Technology Windows Infrastructure team and will support all SpaceX personnel. The ideal candidate will be flexible and flourish in a fast-paced and challenging environment. They should be a self-starter, self-motivator, and possess ingenuity to excel at this position., * Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ years of experience in IT systems administration OR 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration without a degree.

 * 3+ years of experience maintaining a Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.
 * Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
 * Experience in user administration in Active Directory and EntraID.
 * Experience in supporting the Microsoft Office 365 suite on workstations and mobile devices, such as Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 * Experience with Authentication and SSO solutions (SAML, OIDC/OAUTH, Flask, Mellon, ADFS, NPS/Radius/Tacacs, etc.).
 * 5+ years implementing and troubleshooting Windows systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+).
 * Analysis of memory dump and logs for advanced troubleshooting of systems.
 * Recovery of failed Windows systems (unable to boot, etc.).
 * Imaging of Windows systems (WDS, sysprep).
 * Operating system patch management at scale.
 * Experience in leveraging code repositories and revisioning tools.
