In this role, you will act as a key partner to the Project Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while contributing to the design and implementation of advanced systems supporting cancer treatment innovations. This is a hybrid role based in Mol, Belgium, with 2-3 days per week in the office., IT Operations: * Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support requests via service desk, email, chat, or on-site. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), VPN, and peripherals. * Coordinate with external ICT vendors for escalations and complex resolutions. * Configure and prepare laptops for onboarding using Microsoft Intune and manage mobile device setups. * Maintain anti-phishing campaigns and security awareness training programs. * Manage user accounts, access rights, shared mailboxes, and MFA enrollment in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). * Oversee hardware inventory and perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN). * Maintain accurate ticket logs and IT documentation. * Support the rollout and compliance of AI usage policies. Business Systems & ERP: * Provide first-line functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and coordinate with vendors for advanced issues. * Document, analyze, and improve key business processes, including sales, production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance workflows.
