## Description

MedStar Health is seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy Telehealth Technology Coordinator at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital. This position supports telehealth and connected-care services within our hospitals. In this hands-on role, you will bring telehealth technology directly to patients' bedsides, coordinate virtual visits, and help ensure a seamless experience for patients, families, providers, and clinical teams., * Coordinate bedside telehealth services, including remote consultations and rounding, family video visits, virtual interpretation, and remote patient-monitoring enrollment.

 * Manage, troubleshoot, clean, and maintain telehealth devices in collaboration with clinical teams, Information Services, Nursing Informatics, and other partners.
 * Respond to telehealth requests, assess stakeholder needs, coordinate patient flow, and provide timely support to patients, providers, and hospital staff.
 * Document telehealth activities accurately, identify barriers, and contribute to service improvements that enhance the patient and provider experience.
 * Deliver compassionate, professional support while following patient-safety, infection-control, privacy, and PPE protocols.
