## About the Role

3+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong SQL skills (writing queries, joins, stored procedures, and report development)
Experience with or strong interest in AI tools, automation, or AI agent platforms
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Clear communication skills and comfort explaining technical topics to non-technical coworkers

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, or similar)
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Azure SQL
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

## Description

As our IT Specialist, you'll own our technology environment from end to end, including our Microsoft Azure network, Microsoft 365 applications, AI agents, and the data labs where we build custom customer reports. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Torrance office.

What You'll Do

Manage, monitor, and maintain our Microsoft Azure network and cloud infrastructure
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD), including user accounts, licensing, and security settings
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot our AI agents to ensure they perform accurately and reliably
Support our data labs by writing and optimizing SQL queries to produce custom customer reports
Provide day-to-day technical support for staff, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Implement and monitor security best practices, backups, and access controls
Document systems, processes, and configurations
Evaluate and recommend new technology to improve efficiency
