## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on GenAI experience with strong overall AI/ML background.
 * Proven experience taking GenAI solutions from POC to production; POC-only experience is not sufficient.
 * Strong hands-on experience with RAG and Agentic AI/Agentic Systems.
 * Strong Python development skills with ability to contribute at code level, not just architecture.
 * Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and GenAI architecture.
 * Ability to clearly differentiate and explain RAG vs. Agents vs. Fine-tuning vs. Prompt Engineering and when to use each.
 * Strong understanding of Agent architecture, orchestration, tool/function calling, memory/context, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
 * Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences experience strongly preferred.
