The role includes managing and resolving OpTime-related tickets through ServiceNow, handling routine build, maintenance, and optimization requests, and supporting security, access, and role design needs. The consultant may be assigned discrete project components-particularly related to reporting, security, and access-but will generally operate in a support capacity rather than owning large-scale stakeholder-facing initiatives.
