## Description

* This position requires you to be onsite everyday at client healthcare facility. Company laptop, cellphone and necessary tools will be provided.
 * Provide exceptional technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems including Windows and macOS.
 * Manage and maintain client's computer hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Configure and support computer networking infrastructure such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and switches to ensure secure connectivity.
 * Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components using tools like RMM tools, EDR/MDR, other necessary software.
 * Knowledge of low voltage cabling is plus. We will train you if you do not know.
 * This job requires running network, phones, camera cables (Cat6) when needed.
