## About the Role

* Advanced knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS.
 * Expertise in network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and proxy servers.
 * Experience in designing and implementing complex network architectures that align with business needs.
 * Strong understanding of scalable Data Center network design principles for high availability and performance.
 * Proficiency in implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control policies.
 * Proficient with network design architectures including Cisco DNA and Cisco Identity Services.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and their core services (compute, storage, networking, databases).
 * Advanced understanding of cloud architecture concepts, including virtualization, containers, and hybrid/multicloud environments.
 * Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft HyperV, KVM).
 * Knowledge of security measures for data center and cloud environments.
 * Experience with monitoring tools and methodologies for data center and cloud environments.
 * Advanced skills in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing infrastructure for efficiency.
 * Strong understanding of data backup strategies and experience with disaster recovery planning.
 * Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
 * Handson experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
 * Solid expertise in network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS).
 * Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
 * Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on network performance, project status, and improvement recommendations.
 * Participate in oncall rotation and promptly respond to critical incidents during nonbusiness hours including nights and during weekends.
 * Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging network technologies and industry trends., * Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
 * 7 to 10 years of experience as a Network Engineer or Systems Engineer.
 * Masters degree and 4 years' experience in lieu of 710 of experience
