You will work with customers and technical team members, keep track of open requests, organize information, and make sure important details do not get lost between the initial request and the completion of the service. The right person should be comfortable working with computers, communicating with different people throughout the day, and keeping several small tasks organized at the same time. Responsibilities * Receive and organize customer service requests. * Keep track of open technical support cases and their status. * Coordinate appointments between customers and technical staff. * Follow up on requests that are waiting for information, approval, or completion. * Maintain accurate customer and service records. * Enter and update information in internal systems and spreadsheets. * Prepare basic service summaries and status reports. * Communicate schedule changes and updates to customers. * Make sure technicians have the information they need before starting a service request. * Help organize documentation related to software, hardware, networks, and other IT services. * Review completed requests and make sure required information has been recorded. * Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member. * Assist with general administrative tasks related to IT projects and customer support. * Keep digital files and service documentation organized. * Help improve simple day-to-day processes when something can be handled more efficiently.
