## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

 * High level of initiative, professionalism, and leadership with strong interpersonal/communications skills.

 * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with moderate-to-strong technical competencies, and the ability to learn a variety of new technologies.

 * Ability to work independently and well-organized within a quickly changing environment, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 * Experience in environments utilizing Agile and Kanban methodologies, utilizing SQL, and Microsoft Office suite of applications.

 * 5+ years prior hands-on experience in Software Development and Administration.

 * Experience with best practices in Object Oriented full-stack development tools; Oracle PeopleTools software development technology a plus.

 * Knowledge of business processes and concepts in the areas of ERP Financials (AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, GL) or PeopleSoft experience a plus
