## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED
 * Valid Missouri driver's license with an acceptable MVR and adequate insurance, or the ability to obtain one
 * Ability to participate in a shared 24x7 on-call rotation
 * Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
 * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * 2+ years of experience working with Active Directory
 * Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Qualifications Preferred:

 * Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
 * Previous IT Service Desk or Helpdesk experience
 * Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
 * 3+ years of experience working with layer 3 Cisco switches
 * 3+ years of experience administering Windows Server

## Description

* Troubleshoot and replace failed hardware; install and troubleshoot software
 * Purchase and deploy infrastructure hardware; manage hardware inventory
 * Manage company Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
 * Administer company email environment
 * Lead and manage IT projects
 * Collaborate with team members on various IT projects
 * Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
 * Ensure network security and compliance with company policies
 * Manage networks, including telecommunication, internet connection, switches, and routers
 * Manage datacenters, including SANs and physical servers
 * Administer Windows and Linux servers
 * Administer VMWare vSphere
 * Design and implement infrastructure components such as networks, applications, and virtual environments
 * Work closely with broadcast engineers, other system technical personnel, and third-party vendors
