## About the Role

* 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years of Production Support experience in enterprise environments.

 * Strong programming experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET technologies.

 * Advanced expertise in SQL development, performance tuning, and query optimization.

 * Experience with system analysis, incident management, and stakeholder communication.

 * Hands-on experience with Git and modern branching strategies.

 * Strong understanding of REST APIs, troubleshooting, and debugging techniques.

 * Experience supporting and maintaining applications hosted on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.

 * Experience working with monitoring and observability platforms such as:

 * Splunk

 * Datadog

 * Grafana

 * Prometheus

 * Dynatrace

 * Familiarity with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and best practices.

 * Exposure to DataOps and MLOps frameworks and processes.

 * Hands-on experience automating operational activities using Python and AI-driven solutions.

 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

## Description

UST is searching for a highly motivated Software Engineer - .NET Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background combined with hands-on experience supporting critical production applications in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

 * Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for enterprise applications and services.

 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, system, and performance issues.

 * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.

 * Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.

 * Debug and resolve issues related to REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.

 * Analyze system behavior, application logs, and monitoring data to proactively identify problems.

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents.

 * Participate in on-call support rotations and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.

 * Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.

 * Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation activities.

 * Leverage observability and monitoring tools to improve system reliability and operational visibility.

 * Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, AI-enabled tools, and modern engineering practices.

 * Contribute to DevOps, SRE, DataOps, and MLOps initiatives to improve operational efficiency and application stability.

 * Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
