## About the Role

* Proven working experience in providing help desk support
 * Proficiency in English
 * Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
 * Strong client-facing and communication skills
 * Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills of windows computers
 * Customer service orientation
 * BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

## Description

* Receive and respond to incoming tickets, calls, and/or e-mails regarding problems.
 * Troubleshoot and manage end-user workstations, laptops, company cell phones, tablets, and related hardware and software within defined service level agreements.
 * Walk customers through problem-solving process
 * Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
 * Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
 * Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
 * Manage network patches, upgrades, and penetration tests on network equipment and hardware on a periodic basis across all locations
 * Travel to onsite client location when/if needed or required.
