## About the Role

## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Support office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related equipment.
 * Manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services.
 * Support server maintenance, system updates, data backups, and recovery procedures.
 * Apply appropriate security measures to protect company systems and data.
 * Communicate with employees, vendors, and technical teams in English and Mandarin.
 * Maintain IT equipment records and clear technical documentation.
 * Recommend practical improvements to system reliability and efficiency.
