## About the Role

* Own reliable car with valid insurance (mandatory).
 * 1+ year of hands-on experience in laptop/desktop repair.
 * PC building experience preferred.
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
 * Ability to resolve routine technical issues independently.
 * Must pass background verification and client clearance requirements.

## Description

* Perform laptop and desktop hardware repairs (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).
 * Conduct unit swaps and peripheral replacements.
 * Travel across the metro area to complete service requests.
 * Update and close service tickets in real time using company-provided tools.
