As our platform scales to serve more customer organizations, more user types, and higher volumes, our authorization and audit capabilities need to scale right along with it. This role leads that evolution: extending a unified authorization model and audit trail to new customer types and use cases, so every permission decision stays consistent, provable, and centrally governed as we grow. What you will own: * Extend and evolve our authorization model and audit trail to keep pace with new products, user types, and scale * Expand self-service tooling that lets customer administrators manage their own users' groups, roles, and permissions directly * Advance our automated user lifecycle integrations with customer identity systems, reducing manual overhead as we onboard more customers * Partner with teams building customer onboarding and configuration tooling to make new customer connections faster and increasingly automatic * Design flexible permission models that let new customer types and account structures be handled through configuration, not one-off engineering * Serve as the product owner accountable for the long-term health of the identity and access management roadmap What success looks like: * A consistent authorization model and audit trail that scale smoothly to new products and customer types * Growing self-service adoption among customer administrators * Faster onboarding as more of the process becomes automated and configuration-driven * Reduced manual lifecycle management overhead as automation coverage expands
