## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
 * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

## Description

As an IT manager on the Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) team, you'll lead a team that advances software delivery tools and reporting ecosystem. The team owns critical enterprise application lifecycle systems and capabilities including GitHub, Azure DevOps, developer tools, and data and reporting capabilities that provide insight into software delivery, platform adoption, and developer experience. You'll manage operational health, governance, vendor relationships, and licensing investments. You'll oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, sponsor enterprise-impacting projects, and partner across architecture, infrastructure, security, and engineering organizations to advance the capabilities that support software delivery across Progressive. You'll ensure successful delivery of platform roadmaps, align business partners, and create an environment where teams can thrive, innovate, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll coordinate operational health and
governance of key enterprise platforms, including vendor relationships, licensing strategy, budgeting, and investment planning.
