## About the Role

* Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune for smartphones, tablets and laptops, including configuration and compliance policies, app deployment and certificate management.
 * Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting devices remotely.
 * Hands-on experience as an Azure engineer, including provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting Azure virtual environments.

## Description

Remote. This position is fully remote within the United States. You will work over a secure Government VPN on Government-furnished equipment. Your 8-hour workday falls within the agency's core hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. You are expected to be on call for after-hours emergencies unless you are on approved leave.
