The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and Spine-Leaf data center architectures, along with hands-on expertise in Linux-based network operating systems. Experience with Dell SONiC and NVIDIA Cumulus Linux is highly desirable. As a key member of the Networking team, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance network solutions. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, contribute to network architecture and documentation, and support on-site deployments and troubleshooting activities as required., * Design, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain complex Layer 2/Layer 3 data center network architectures. * Implement and manage Spine-Leaf network fabrics using BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, ECMP, MCLAG, and LACP. * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Dell SONiC and NVIDIA Cumulus Linux network switches and associated network infrastructure. * Work with Linux-based network operating systems, including Debian-based environments, to support network configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and operational management. * Design and optimize highly available, scalable, and resilient data center networks supporting high-bandwidth and low-latency workloads. * Support the implementation and troubleshooting of RoCEv2 (RDMA over Converged Ethernet) for high-performance, low-latency data transfers. * Collaborate with systems, compute, storage, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective network solutions. * Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, overlays, underlays, redundancy, and network performance. * Contribute to network design documentation, configuration standards, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to improve team capabilities and operational efficiency. * Stay current with emerging networking technologies, industry best practices, and advancements in high-performance data center networking. * Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support customer-site installations, deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
