## Description

PrideStaff is partnering with an established engineering manufacturer specializing in fluid connection systems, custom tubing, and electrical harnesses to find a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer[cite: 1, 16]. In this role, you will lead product creation and process design, developing reliable components for demanding industrial and performance applications.

What you will do:

 * Develop innovative product/process design solutions, conduct testing, and analyze process systems to meet timing, cost, and reliability targets.
 * Draft manufacturing standards, research new technologies to improve product functionality, and collaborate directly with customers to meet custom specs.
 * Assist with hands-on product assembly and prototype testing while maintaining quality management standards.
