## Description

This job plays a critical role in the day-to-day network surveillance operations, ensuring the stability and reliability of network services. It involves diligent monitoring, timely issue resolution, and effective collaboration with IT teams. The role is essential for maintaining high network performance standards., * Monitoring network databases, operating systems, and applications to detect and address service issues promptly

 * Performing comprehensive trend analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential network performance bottlenecks
 * Responding to network trouble alerts, calls, and emails with timely and professional resolutions to maintain service quality
 * Coordinating troubleshooting efforts and escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT Operations groups as needed
 * Analyzing root causes of network disruptions and implementing corrective actions to restore functionality effectively
 * Developing and updating documentation to streamline problem resolution and support network maintenance procedures
 * Ensuring strict adherence to network surveillance policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and compliance
 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network surveillance processes and implement best practices
 * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
